Vitality – Season Two
Each day on Vitality, a health makeover participant will share their individual story/journey towards better health. Monday will feature a fitness make-over, Tuesday a diabetes management make-over, Wednesday a spirituality make-over, Thursday a nutrition make-over and Fridays will continue to be stress management day.
Vitality will offer aboriginal viewers information and resources on topics such as diabetes management, exercise demonstrations, and cooking healthy foods on a tight budget. There will be a series on gardening in the north and heart health in Season Two. Our daily exercise segment, “Get Moving” will once again feature Metis Fitness Professional Russell Thorne and our fitness role models.
Vitality Gardening will inspire us all to pick up some seeds and start planting some healthy food. Indigenous peoples were the original Organic Gardeners!
